1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jillss services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on jillss. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jillss supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on jillss is ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary by institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. jillss reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before releasing funds.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jillss offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all jillss bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. 6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillss Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of jillss.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the jillss Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate Platform systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker games.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your jillss account, or using another player's account.
• Engaging in any conduct that jillss, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the experience of other players.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the jillss Platform — including but not limited to the jillss brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jillss or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jillss Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of jillss.

Any unauthorized use of jillss intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines and may result in legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillss, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jillss Platform.

jillss does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jillss makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In no event shall jillss's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jillss account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

9 Responsible Gaming

jillss is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your jillss account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to you.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jillss, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jillss support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jillss operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe a dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
